Planning in scope calls for a ski & water park resort, spa hotel, and a 18-hole golf course. The design features a central village area linked into all three complexs, which includes f&b venues, retail shops, water park and hotel complex so it can be operated all year long while the individual activities for each component vary at different seasons of the year. Individual villas are situated along the ski lanes to enhance the "ski-in, ski-out" concept while providing a sense of exclusivitiy.
